All purchases are made between you, the NZ customer, and Soul Inspirationz.
All prices shown in the Soul Inspirationz Online Store (soulinspirationz.coffeecup.com) are in New Zealand dollars. PLEASE NOTE: Prices listed throughout the main Soul Inspirationz website (www.soulinspirationz.com) are in US dollars, with links to purchase at Amazon.com, and are not associated with purchases made in the Online Store.
The Soul Inspirationz Online Store provides goods and services within New Zealand only. NB: If you live outside of NZ, feel free to purchase via Amazon.com using the various links on the main Soul Inspirationz website, found predominantly on individual Author Showcase pages. You will still be supporting the efforts of Soul Inspirationz by doing so.
Please ensure you (the NZ customer) provide us with an accurate receiver's name and delivery address at the time of order as this cannot be changed once order has been placed. We will not take any responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
Whilst Soul Inspirationz tries to ensure the Online Store is up-to-date with accurate title availability and pricing, supply cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed will attract the retail price shown on the website at the time of order, plus shipping. Available items may ship immediately, while backordered items will ship once they arrive into stock, at an extra shipping charge of 50c per item. If you would like your order to be held and shipped in one shipment, please indicate at the time of purchase. There is no extra shipping charge for this option. If an item is no longer available from our suppliers we will inform you of this and refund you the amount paid, plus the approriate portion of postage paid, be it in full or in part.
Soul Inspirationz uses NZ Post's Track & Trace service. This service includes no additional fees for Rural Delivery, and remain the same regardless of destination delivery address. NZ Post's target delivery is 1-3 days, and all packages are trackable. All postage and handling fees include packaging & handling; online track and trace; and NZ Post insurance. Shipping charges are broken down as follows: $4.00 per shipment, plus: $1.00 per item to cover additional shipping and packaging costs ($3.00 per item for large items, eg. Boxed Sets) If your order is to be split and delivered in more than one shipment, backordered items attract a 50c per item charge to cover additional delivery costs
Upon dispatch of your purchase, Soul Inspirationz will send you (the NZ customer) an email advising you of the track and trace instructions, including your personal parcel number, to enable you to track your purchase delivery process online at www.nzpost.co.nz.
You must notify Soul Inspirationz within 7 days of dispatch date as stated in your account if you have not received your purchase. If item/s have gone missing in transit we will replace them with an identical one free of charge (including postage) provided they are in stock. If they are not in stock we will advise you of this, and offer to get one in for you from our suppliers or provide you with a full refund.
Soul Inspirationz accepts payment in New Zealand dollars only via Bank Transfer and Paypal. Payment must be received within three working days from the time the order was placed, unless otherwise arranged. If payment is not received by this time the order will be automatically cancelled, and will need to be reordered if still desired.
We do not offer layby as a payment method at this current time.
Supply of goods is on a firm sale basis. Any return of goods is subject to our Returns Policy as stated below.
Returns Policy:
Soul Inspirationz does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds simply for changes of mind or circumstance, so please choose your purchase carefully.
All items are in saleable condition at the stated prices and shipped in accordance. They are packaged to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the package is severely damaged and proof of this is supplied, along with proof of purchase, and within 24 hours of receipt.
