While visitors outside NZ are very much welcomed, this Online Store sells solely to the NZ marketplace. If you live outside of NZ, feel free to purchase using the various links to Amazon.com on the main Soul Inspirationz website, found predominantly on individual Author Showcase pages. Online Store Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can I expect my order to ship? Titles that are in stock with Soul Inspirationz can be shipped as soon as payment is made, with a target delivery of 1-3 days from the time of dispatch, while titles not currently in stock may take 3-4 weeks to be delivered. If your order is a combination of in-stock and out-of-stock titles, you may choose to have your order delivered in 2 separate shipments for minimal extra cost, or wait until your entire order is in stock before delivering as one shipment.
If a title I am wanting is not listed in the Online Store, can I still order it? Yes, by sending me an email at Ellie @ Soul Inspirationz and letting me know what title(s) you are looking at buying. I will then let you know if the titles are available and if they are, how much they cost and how long they will take to be delivered, and options for payment. Payment is expected at the time of ordering, until a payment history is successfully established.
If I don't want to use PayPal as a method of payment for my order, are there any other method of payment options available to me? Yes, you can bypass the Online Store shopping cart and send me an email directly at Ellie @ Soul Inspirationz listing which titles you are requiring, and I will then supply you with Soul Inspirationz bank account details for depositing directly by internet banking or over-the-counter bank deposit.
Why do you only have a selection of Christian novels listed in your Online Store? There are literally thousands of Christian fiction titles available that can be ordered and purchased, but currently space is limited so have focused on a selection of in-stock and popular titles. If you are looking for a title not listed, simply send me an email at Ellie @ Soul Inspirationz and I will inform you of it's availability, and options for payment.
Can I pre-order a title which hasn't yet been released? Yes, by all means. Simply send me an email at Ellie @ Soul Inspirationz and I will place a pre-order for your title so it's shipped as soon as it's officially released. ETA to NZ is generally 3-4 weeks from the time of dispatch. Pre-payment is not necessary for pre-ordered titles, but will be expected upon it's arrival to NZ. First-time pre-orders are capped at NZ$60.00, but may be increased once payment history is successfully established.
